(NU/1218) The Provision of External Audit Services

The University wishes to appoint an external auditor. The requirements include, but are not necessarily limited to the following areas:

Statutory audit of the University, including group consolidation of UK and overseas subsidiaries Statutory audit of UK subsidiaries Statutory audit of joint venture partnerships Pricing for subsidiaries in Singapore and Malaysia, the appointments for which are a matter for the relevant company board and AGM, subject to consent from the University Pricing for annual certification for European Investment Bank loan
