## Description

Nottingham City Council \(the 'Council'\) is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities \(the 'Tenderer'\) for inclusion on a Single Supplier framework for the provision of services for Nottingham City Council\. Under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 Council's have a duty to manage the asbestos contained within their buildings\. In order to successfully carry out its roles and responsibilities the Client requires the appointed contractor to: 1\.1 Undertake Asbestos Surveys and associated services 1\.2\.Undertake ACM sampling and arrange for analysis 1\.3 Write and submit reports on the location, type and condition of any asbestos-containing materials \(ACMs\)\. This framework may also be accessed, on occasion, by Ashfield District Council, Bassetlaw District Council, Charnwood Borough Council and Mansfield District Council\.
