GMCA 719.1 Support for Suez extension negotiations - financial model

To provide support to the Waste and Resources team in the negotiation of the contract extensions with Suez R&R UK Ltd. The commission required the assessment of various alternative operating scenarios, the review of the current financial model, proposals made by Suez and their impact on the financial model and GMCA costs over the life of the extension to 2034.
