Capacity support for Revenues and Benefits

The Authority is looking to appoint short term processing resources to assist in the administration of council tax (including discounts and exemptions), business rates and housing benefit. \r \r The Authority uses NEC Revenues and Benefits software to deliver its main functions. This includes NEC's core processing system (including Citizen Access) and electronic document management system
