CWC20111 THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES

The City of Wolverhampton Council is a diverse local authority which is undergoing some regional growth and transformation, especially in its response to the Covid-19 Pandemic. As a result of the pandemic, it requires to change its services in relation to the signing of documentation and processes of contracts and other legally binding documents.

Wolverhampton City Council require an E-Signature solution that will allow the Council to sign documents electronically. It should have functionality to upload various contractual documents which may include architectural drawings, payment schedules and large additional sheets, to be built and stored as one contract/agreement/lease etc, sent with an option for multiple fields such as signature, time, date etc and sent via email with additional password protection.

The contract will be established for an initial period of 1 year with an option to extend for a further three periods of 1 + 1 + 1 years.
