SCDC is looking for suitably qualified and experienced Chartered Surveyors to provide consultancy advice on a Build to Rent development the Council is considering developing at the following location: • L2, Topper Street, Orchard Park The main purpose of the feasibility work is as follows: • To provide market advice in response to the Council's proposed residential mix • To undertake a 'soft marketing' market research event targeted at 'Cambridge Cluster' employers / employers • To report on the findings of the soft marketing exercise • To propose services for marketing the completed schemes to investors and occupiers
