## Description

The Trust has recently commissioned a consultancy to develop a business case and also a specification to enable the Trust to tender for the implementation of a unified communications system\. It is anticipated that the tender will be returned during March 2019\. The Trust is seeking an experienced consultancy to take the project forward to completion\.
