## Description

Gateshead Council \(the Council\) requires a hardware fault rectification break-fix and software support service including firmware upgrades of its existing Hewlett Packard Enterprise \(HPE\) Nimble Storage devices\. The Councils existing Nimble support service expires on the 11/02/2022\. The new support services are required from 12/02/2022 until 30/09/2024
