## Description

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is looking for a professional, experienced and reliable events company to deliver Christmas light switch on events \(x2\) in Blackburn and Darwen town centres\. This will include all aspects of creative content, infrastructure and event management\. We are seeking proposals for an exciting family friendly stage programme and are keen to encourage the use of sponsorship to reduce costs or add value to the event\. The events will be marketed separately as part of the boroughs wider festive programme, but any additional marketing opportunities that could be offered as part of the contract would be of interest\.
