## Description

3 Year Support plan for cameras, including cabling and system hardware e\.g\., lock boxes etc\. An annual system optimisation by the Contractor \(including the cost of necessary equipment e\.g\., scaffolding\)\. Software maintenance releases and upgrades, to be provided to the Authority within 20 working days of release for installation\. Unlimited phone, email and web tech support, during working hours \(08\.00 - 18\.00 hrs, Monday to Friday\)\.
