Description

Community Ophthalmology Service in South and West Herts consists of a consultant delivered triage/RMC service and a treatment service for all routine ophthalmology conditions. A single point of access for Optometry referrals and triage service covering: a. Receipt and recording of all Ophthalmology referrals from community optometrists, GPs, and other recognised clinicians whether by electronic or paper means of delivery. b. Triage of all referrals to determine the most appropriate pathway of care for the patient.
