## Description

Highways England is aiming to set up a contract to incorporate existing Cultural Heritage Asset Management Plans \(CHAMPs\) into its Environmental Information System \(EnvIS\)\. CHAMPS are currently non-spatial records, typically Word, Excel or PDF documents\. Having a complete dataset of all cultural heritage assets will improve intelligence and help support better tracking of the condition of heritage assets going forward\.
