## Description

Proposed construction and landscaping works for Sydney Gardens, Bath\. The general scope of the Main Works Contract will cover Demolition \(Bowls Club - a prefabricated building and associated hard surfaces\); Ground Works \(grading of land to form new levels and foundations and installation of drainage and services\); Construction of a new building \(Café\); Refurbishment of two existing buildings \(Community Pavilion - strip out modern toilets, reconfigure, build extension and The Bothy - strip out, break through openings, refit and create hard surface external yard\); Play and Sport \(an extensive new play area and refurbishment of existing tennis courts\); and Landscaping \(extensive hard and soft landscaping within a public park environment\)\.
