The production of Energy Performance Certificates and Display Energy Certificates

The London Borough of Hillingdon seeks to procure the services of a supplier to produce energy performance certificates for domestic and corporate properties and produce design display certificates for corporate properties as and when these are required. The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to award a three year contract to the successful supplier.
