## Description

DSIT requires a supplier's expertise and capacity, to design and conduct a series of human uplift studies\. This will allow the team to generate robust experimental data on the capability uplift given to actors \(of varying capabilities\) in relation to those AISI has prioritised the cyber specific threat scenarios
