## Description

London Borough of Waltham Forest's Regeneration Team is seeking to appoint a Principle Contractor with sub-contracted specialist teams to deliver the construction phase of Chase Lane Park Landscape Construction Works located in the Chingford Mount in the London Borough of Waltham Forest\. This will include the consolidation and enhancement of the current play facility, redevelopment and expansion of the existing skate park facility, introduction of a new Multi Use Games Area and co-ordination of a delivery plan to support the overall programme co-ordination and phasing\. This commission comprises of 2 key deliverables: 1\) Delivery of the landscape works that include the MUGA, street furniture, surfacing and play equipment 2\) Appoint a suitable specialist skate park construction firm to deliver the skate park construction works
