## Description

National Audit Office \(NAO\) awarded a 7 month contract to The Dextrous Web \(DXW\) via a Single Tender Action\. DXW built and maintains the existing website platform\. The additional work involves small design and technical improvement changes that require in-depth knowledge of the system\. Awarding to a third party would involve disproportionate cost, delay and risk of technical incompatibility\. Therefore, DXW are the only supplier able to deliver these changes efficiently and effectively\.
