York St John University Creative Centre

York St John University (YSJU) is seeking to build a new 'Creative Centre' at its city centre Lord Mayor's Walk (LMW) campus.

YSJU will use a two-stage procurement process to appoint a Contractor to partner with the University on this project. This document outlines Stage 1 and includes a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) which YSJU will use to shortlist four to six contractors, who will then participate in a competitive tender.
