## Description

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council \(BwDBC\) is looking to award a Framework Contract Agreement for the provision of Event Security Services for both indoor and outdoor events being held in / at various locations as specified in this document and potentially other \(additional\) ad-hoc events that may occur throughout the duration of this Framework for which suppliers are invited to tender\.
