## Description

The Authority is seeking Tender submissions to appoint a lead advisor and a multi-disciplinary Technical Team to provide consultancy services for the detailed design development of a new permanent Cruise Terminal Facility at the former Princes Jetty, off Princes Parade, Liverpool\. There are four separate roles:- A Lead Client Advisory Team to project manage the delivery of the new Terminal to ensure the project is delivered to the appropriate quality, approved budget and to agreed timescales\. This team will report to LCC Development Team and oversee the design development from RIBA Stage 2 to be carried out by a Technical team, procurement of a Design &amp;Build Contractor and then manage the overall programme for delivery and construction costs\. A multi-disciplinary Team to Develop the Detail Design from RIBA Stage 2 and then to be Novated to a Design &amp; Build Contractor \(at RIBA Stage 3 or 4 to be decided by LCC\) A Client Advisory Technical Team to monitor the contractor 's design development from the point of Novation\. This team will provide high-level technical advice on an as required basis\. A Construction Site Management Team to act as Construction Project Manager/Supervisor for the works and administer the works Contract\.
