Work description
The Council is seeking tenders from sufficiently experience and qualify providers to deliver the Provision of Smoking Cessation Service and NHS Health Check Programme. The contract is divided into three lots: Lot one: Contract for the Provision of Smoking Cessation Services Lot two: Contract for the Provision of NHS Health Check Programme Lot 3: Combined service for the Provision of Smoking Cessation and NHS Health Check Programme.
