## Description

Unitas Stoke-on-Trent Ltd require contractors to deliver scaffolding, roofing and pointing to 118 properties \(113 council & 5 leaseholders\) within the boundaries of Stoke-on-Trent\. This project is to split into 2 separate contracts/packages - - scaffolding and roofing - pointing Contractors must ensure that they have the capacity to complete a minimum of 4 properties per week\.
