Evaluation of Three Governance Programmes

The purpose of this invitation to tender (ITT) is to evaluate three Governance Programmes within the Education and Training Foundation's (ETF's) (non-executive leadership) Governance programme portfolio: 1. Governance Development Programme 2. Governance Professionals Development Programme 3. Inspiring FE - Recruitment Programme for FE Governors Through our Governance programmes, we aim to improve the effectiveness of boards through supporting Governors to feel more confident and knowledgeable about their role, obtain a better understanding of how they can contribute to and facilitate effective governance which positively impacts the senior leadership team's performance, and subsequently, the institution's performance. Tenderers should be aware that all three Governance programmes are standalone programmes with different values and operate on different timescales.
