Business Rating Services 2023 List (HMPPS Custodial and HMCTS Estates)

To provide Business Rating Revaluation and Advice Services for HMCTS and HMPPS (Custodial Estate). The services covered include the receipt and verification of business rates and council tax demands, responding to enquiries from the Valuation Office Agency (VOA), submission of proposals to obtain savings as appropriate and undertaking the "Check, Challenge, Appeal" process on rating assessments.
