Provision of Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveying support services in connection with the Warm Homes: Local Grant programme. The consultant will administer the JCT Measured Term Contract, including contract management, valuation and payment certification, variation control, cost management, compliance monitoring, record keeping, audit trail management and reporting. Services will support the delivery of domestic energy efficiency retrofit works across residential properties within Worcestershire, ensuring compliance with grant funding requirements, contract obligations and governance processes.
