## Description

The Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced Provider to deliver insolvency services, both commercial and personal on behalf of the Council\. The Contract shall be split into the following three \(3\) Lots: Lot 1 - Commercial \(approximately 3100 cases per annum\) Lot 2 - Personal \(approximately 400 cases per annum\) Lot 3 - Combined Commercial & Personal \(approximately 3500 cases per annum\) Bidders can apply to deliver any number of lots\. The Council will either appoint one bidder to lot 3 or one bidder per lot for lots 1 & 2\. In the event of there being no suitable bidders the Council reserve the right to appoint to one lot only or not to appoint to any of the lots\.
