Multi Discipline Design Team for the Expansion of Corringham School

The Council's requirement under this Contract is for the provision of a multi-discipline design team for a school expansion construction project. The design consultancy will be required to provide a professional multi-discipline team for the employer, and act as employers' agent. The estimated total period for the contract is 24 months (the final 12 months being to close out any defects during the period included within the primary building contract).
