Work description
Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) working with and on behalf of North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) is seeking to undertake a number of wet room installations to properties within North East Derbyshire District.
The successful bidder will be responsible for all aspects of the programme including surveying, design and construction. The project will be led by the Rykneld Homes Regeneration Team who have a strong track record of delivering complex and customer focussed projects. This is an important project and bidders will be required to demonstrate their commitment to the highest standards of project management and work quality.
The successful Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the installations. We will be seeking to appoint the successful Contractor to the roles of Principle Designer and Principle Contractor (under CDM regulations 2015) for the duration of the works.
The programme of works would indicate a value of up to £50,000 up to 31st March 2018.
