GB-Warrington: Commercial Gas Servicing and Maintenance

Torus are going out to market to seek a provider to carry out servicing and maintenance (planned and reactive) of the commercial heating systems, predominantly in the Warrington and St Helens area's however this could expand in the future outside the North West region. There are around 22 plant rooms across Warrington and St Helens and typical buildings are sheltered accommodation schemes, office type buildings and a stores facility. Please note the profile of building types is not fixed; Torus may add or withdraw from the profile described throughout the duration of the contract.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
