## Description

The award of a contract to StatMap Ltd, for the provision of Geographical Information System \(GIS\) services via the CCS Vertical Application Solutions \(VAS\) framework RM6259, Lot 3 - Housing, Environmental and Planning Solutions, from 01 September 2025 for an initial term of one year with the option to extend for one year, at a total value of £94,720 \(this includes a fixed 7\.3% 2nd year price increase\)\. If a single year is required, this licence cost and support for the 1 year will be £45,700\. The single year option does mean that if extended beyond the 1 year, the price would then increase by an unknown inflationary factor\. The 2 year option provides certainty for the 2nd years increase\.
