## Description

Civil Service Learning \(CSL\) \(hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”\) has established a Contract with two Suppliers to deliver support delivery of its executive learning and development for the Senior Civil Service and Core Curriculum for remaining grades across Central Government\.
