283_20 - Display and Exhibition Ranges

The supply of a range of display and exhibition products including whiteboards, noticeboards, exhibition, visual display and AV furniture to be supplied direct to individual customer establishments and to the ESPO Distribution Centre, Leicester.

Lot 1: SmartBuy and Express Range - The supply of picture frames, noticeboards, whiteboards, display boards, flipcharts and easels to be supplied direct to individual customer establishments and to the ESPO Distribution Centre, Leicester.

Lot 2: Whiteboards, Noticeboards, Exhibition and Partition Boards - The supply of noticeboards, whiteboards, display boards, flipcharts and easels to be supplied direct to individual customer establishments and to the ESPO Distribution Centre, Leicester.

Lot 3: Specialist Boards, Leaflet Dispensers, Cabinets, Signage and Frames - The supply of picture frames, noticeboards, leaflet dispensers and display cabinets to be supplied direct to individual customer establishments and to the ESPO Distribution Centre, Leicester.

Lot 4: AV Furniture - The supply of AV Furniture to be supplied direct to individual customer establishments.

An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement.

The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
