KMCIRS-111 Development and Delivery of Soothill Housing Scheme, Batley via Homes England's DPP3 Framework

To plan, prepare and deliver the Soothill Housing Site in Batley. The successful contractor will carry out site preparation works whilst the Council retains ownership of the land. Following the competition of the Site Preparation Works, the successful contractor will pay the premium of £2,080,000 to lease the site for 125 years and deliver up to 366 homes on the site. The freehold to the site will be transferred to the successful Panel Member on a phase by phase basis as the homes are substantially completed.
