## Description

This document describes the requirements of Gloucester City Council \('the Authority'\) for new technology for a Theatre Booking, Ticketing and EPOS Till & Stock Control system\. The goals of this project is to: • Enable the Authority to successfully move to new software and systems\. • To improve efficiency of systems, redesigning processes and enabling and driving the customer to do more online\. • Improve the customer experience\.
