Work description
NHS Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group (the Commissioner) is re-commissioning an AQP (Any Qualified Provider) arrangement for Age Related Hearing Loss services to cover the Commissioner's geographical area. The Commissioner invites interested parties to view the draft specification attached and to make any comments they see fit to the email address below (Section 4, email). Responses by 30th April 2021.
