BHCC - RFQ - Health & Safety Training

Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking a training provider to deliver the following open and bespoke courses to Brighton & Hove City Council (BHCC) employees (circa 10,000, including schools' employees). These courses will also be available to staff working for independent social care and partner organisations. Training courses will take place at various suitable venues across Brighton & Hove.

COSHH x 8 sessions

Risk Assessment x 20 sessions

Safer Lifting and Handling of Loads x 15 sessions

Safer Working at Height x 20 sessions

Health & Safety Management x 10 sessions

IOSH Managing Safely x 8 sessions

IOSH Managing Safety Refresher x 8 sessions

Food Safety Level 2 Award - 14 sessions

Food Safety, Nutrition & Hydration - 28 sessions

Health & Safety in Health & Social Care - 28 sessions

Contracts for these services are currently in place and will end on 30 September 2023. A new contract will need to be in place to commence delivery from 1st October 2023 until 31 March 2026 (+1 year extension option). The quantities of sessions above are for the initial 30 month contract.
