Provision of Project Management and Quality surveying services for the Department's Saint James's Rad Car Wash Facility

The requirement is to supply and install a three brush type car wash with wheel scrub, dryer and variable programmes. It will be used solely for saloon cars. The procurement will include a water recycling system and all ground work to accommodate, interceptors, traps and drain modifications. The equipment will require containment screens to prevent overspray exiting the wash area and will require its own independent air supply. On-going maintenance will be dealt with separately to this procurement.
