Family Information Directory

Implementation, hosting, support and maintenance of the Idox Single Channel Directory Hub for Dorset Family Information Services (FIS). The solution includes the flexibility, during the Contract Term, to transition to the Supplier's Multi-Channel Hub (or equivalent) where this is required to support future expansion, including (but not limited to) an Adults Services Directory, subject to agreement of scope and Charges.

This G-Cloud Call-Off Contract can be extended by the Buyer for one period of up to 12 months, taking the expiry date to 14/07/2030, by giving the Supplier a minimum of 12 weeks written notice before its expiry.
