Stem Architects Ltd on behalf of Yorkshire Ambulance Trust produced and issued a tender package and following competition the contract was awarded for the External Facade and Roof Clad Enabling works at Hull Hub site, 3 Sissons Way, Hull, HU5 1AL Kole Architects are instructed as Principal Contractor to deliver the remedial and enabling works required to the existing building at Hull. Under a PC BC Roofing Contractors Ltd will deliver the work as a sub contractor to Kole Architects, under the CDM regulations.
