Supply anf Fit Communal Flooring to Eldon Extra Care Unit and maxton House

Bolton at wish to invite tenders for the supply and fitting of communal flooring to Eldon Extra Care Unit and Maxton House consisting of reception area and corridors.

Please note this work is due to be started week commencing 11th February and completed before 31st March 2020, any interested suppliers must ensure they have the capacity to carry out the works in this given timeframe.

Site visits are available on request only, please message using The Chest messaging facility ensuring you leave your name and number so the Building Surveyor can arrange a suitable time and date with yourselves. Under NO circumstances shall a supplier attend the sites without prior approval due to the complexity of the buildings. All tender documents are available on The Chest Portal free of charge.
