Description

CSNPC are looking to procure works that comprise a complete refurbishment works of the old Penhill Bowls Club building and surrounding area. Works include replacement of the roof and guttering, full internal redecoration, new doors and windows, replacement of sanitary appliance components & associated plumbing, installation of new electrical and mechanical services, replacement flooring, general repairs and installation of security shutters. External landscaping, minor civils, installation of hard standing and acoustic fencing.
