Project Manager - Q2 Deliverables 2024 1\. Provide Project Management capabilities for the NMC Location Project\. 2\. Draft an options paper for internal review \(early April\)\. 3\. Facilitate the 'Roadmap to NMC Relocation: Planning, Benefits, Risks and Financial Analysis'\) paper through a series of boards including PIAB, DDaT CC and NPCC Finance\. • PIAB - 16th April 2024 • DDaT CC - 2nd May 2024 • NPCC Finance - 6th June 2024 4\. Prepare handover document at the end of Quarter 2 \(prior to 30th June 2024\)\.
