## Description

The current engagement with Deloitte expires on 30th September 2023\. To support the ongoing delivery of the Synergy Programme to a successful Full Business Case it is imperative that the programme retains Deloitte's services for a further period to the end of the financial year to 31st March 2024 to mature the Benefits work and to align to the revised Final Business Case timeline\.
