Derby Homes is an Arms Lengths Management Organisation (ALMO) responsible for the upkeep of approximately 13,500 council properties (houses, flats and bugalows) along with other council non-housing stock (e.g. certain public buildings, schools etc) and other stock for specialist housing groups.
