## Description

The mechanical works will consist of careful isolation and draining down, disconnection and removal of the existing boilers, pumps, flues and the associated hot and cold-water pipework etc within the boiler/plant room\. Thereafter the supply and installation of replacement boilers and all associated system components, installation of pipework, new flues, new radiators, electrical works, testing, and commissioning, as well as builders works and any making good\.
