Income Tax Sub Domain

The ITSD is fundamentally the replacement for CESA as part of MTD ITSA, it processes all Self-Assessment quarterly returns and annual submissions providing calculations and storing and calling out to other systems such as NPS, Student Loans, RTI etc to obtain all information relevant to produce an income tax liability or credit which it then passes to ETMP for accounting purposes. As part of TS2 this was encompassed within the DDC Transform Contract under Gillian Bates even though Gillian and team have no involvement in the work in ITSD. It is envisaged that the ITSD will be a product in CDPO under the Self-Assessment service and will need to be managed separately from future DDC contracts under the DALAS framework.
