## Description

The scope of the contract is to cover annual service and maintenance of all automatic door equipment and related safety devices only\. This will include all component parts required to maintain the equipment, plus all travel/labour costs during normal working hours\. The contract shall include one service visit per twelve month period, at which the equipment will be fully serviced, and a supporting authorised technician service report sheet completed\. Additional information: Bournemouth University will be using an electronic tendering website called In-tend which is the University’s standard procurement tool for sending and receiving tenders\. It is free of charge to register and once you are registered you can express interest in any of the advertised projects\. We would therefore ask you to register as soon as possible\. Once your expression of interest has been accepted onto the project, all further correspondence for that project will be done through this system\.
