## Description

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is looking for a professional, experienced and reliable events company to deliver Darwen Town Centre's Christmas light switch on event in Darwen Market Square\. This will include all aspects of creative content, infrastructure, event management and promotion\. We are seeking proposals for an exciting family friendly stage programme and are keen to encourage the use of sponsorship to reduce costs or add value to the event\. The event will be marketed as part of the boroughs wider festive programme, but the proposal should include an event marketing plan that will be delivered for the event
