## Description

There is a requirement for the Installation of Overfill protection & ATG onto NATO Tanks 29,30,31 and 33 along with the EC&I Infrastructure upgrade with the Instrumented systems to enable OFD Thanckes to become COMAH Compliant\. This Project will be implemented in two phases, As stated in the tender documents Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
