## Description

The purpose of this exercise is to obtain independent third-party assurance of current project cost estimates and infrastructure works programmes across our Housing Infrastructure Fund \(HIF\) - Forward Funding \(FF\) workstream which in turn will be used by Homes England to inform project monitoring and governance arrangements moving forward\.
